How the per-ticket fee works
One rate, one ceiling. You are never charged a percentage of an expensive ticket, and never a flat fee that swallows a cheap one.
5%
of the ticket price
A $5 community ticket costs you 25¢, not the 90¢ a flat fee would take. Small events stop being punished for being small.
90¢
maximum, however expensive
Above $18 the cap takes over, so a $50 ticket costs 90¢ and a $250 ticket costs 90¢. A percentage-only platform charges more the more you charge; we stop.

on free events
No per-ticket fee at all on a free event, with the whole platform still behind it — registration, attendee lists, check-in and reporting.
There is no minimum fee, no per-order charge and no setup fee. Your payment provider’s own transaction fees are separate and go to them, not to us — and you choose per event whether the service fee is passed on to the attendee or comes out of your payout. The same rate applies however the ticket is sold: a walk-up taken at the counter through our box office software is priced by the same code as an online order, so the till and the website can never quote different totals.
