The same platform runs your box office at the door, scans tickets at the gate offline, takes food and merchandise orders, and manages memberships — so one system covers the whole event.

Your brand, your domain
Every organizer gets a branded portal — your logo, colors and theme — and you can point your own domain at it, so attendees never leave your brand to buy a ticket.
Reserved seating that works on a phone
Build your seat map in our designer: sections, rows, tables, GA areas and the stage. Buyers pinch, zoom and tap the exact seat they want, and a seat held in checkout can never be sold twice.
General admission and tiers
Multiple ticket types with their own prices, capacities and sale windows, early-bird pricing, promo codes and per-tier "what’s included" detail.
Box office at the door
Sell from the admin on event day — cash, credit card or Zelle — drawing on the same inventory as your online sales, so your counts never drift.
Check in with a phone
Your staff scan tickets with our gate scanner app on their own phones. It keeps working when the venue has no signal and syncs when it reconnects; duplicate tickets are rejected at the gate.
Food, drinks and merchandise
Attendees order from their phone with no app to install and collect with a pickup code. Vendors run their own menus, stock and order queue with their own logins.
Memberships and season passes
Recurring monthly or annual plans, one-time and lifetime passes, and gift memberships — with member discounts, waived fees, free-ticket allowances and member-only tiers applied automatically at checkout.
Money straight to you
Connect your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account and your provider pays you directly on its normal schedule. Refunds, partial refunds and per-ticket refunds are all handled in the admin.
