In short: BoxOfficeTech is white-label event ticketing software. To start, you complete a short application — your organization, the web address you want for your ticket portal, what you need the platform to do, and optionally your venue and first event. A member of the team reviews it, usually within one business day. On approval we create your branded portal and email your admin sign-in; you connect your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account so ticket money is paid directly to you, then publish when you are ready.

    Tell us about your organization

    Fill in the application: who you are, the portal address you want, what you need the platform to do, and — if you have them to hand — your venue and your first event. Seven fields are required; the rest can wait.

    A person reviews it

    Every application is read by a member of the BoxOfficeTech team, usually within one business day. We hold the portal address you asked for while we review.

  3. 3

    We set up your tenant and send your sign-in

    On approval we create your organization, your branded ticket portal and your admin login, and email your sign-in details to the address on the application. Anything you told us about your venue and first event is already there, saved as a draft.

    You connect payments and go live

    You connect your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account so ticket money is paid directly to you, pick a portal theme, and publish your first event when you are ready. We walk you through it.

Questions people ask before applying

  • Applying costs nothing and there is no card required. Our published plans are $129 per month plus $0.90 per ticket sold on the Standard tier, and $199 per month plus $1.25 per ticket on the Advance tier, both additional to your payment processor’s own fees. Free events carry no per-ticket service fee. We agree the plan with you before you go live.
